Support and privacy

Support

Questions, bugs, or anything else about the app — email me directly. I read every message.

glimpse.support@icloud.com

You can also reach this address from inside the app: Settings → Get in touch. That version includes your app version and device automatically, which helps me answer faster.

Lost progress or tokens

Progress is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. I have no access to it and no way to restore it. Signing in to iCloud on a new device usually brings your progress with it. If something is genuinely lost, email me anyway — I will do what I can.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

Glimpse is made by Omer Ellaicy, based in the United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the limited processing described below.

Glimpse has no accounts, no sign-up, and no server of my own. I do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any advertising identifier. There are no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, tokens, unlocked themes, high scores, tasks, streak and settings are saved on your device. If you use iCloud, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud account so your progress follows you between devices. That copy belongs to you. I cannot read it, change it, or recover it.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple and processed through RevenueCat, which manages the purchase on my behalf. I never see or receive your card details or your Apple ID.

RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier along with your purchase history, country, and basic device and app version information. That identifier is not linked to your name or email, and I cannot use it to identify you. It exists so purchases can be validated and restored. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

If you never make a purchase, no purchase data is created.

Game Center

Endless leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. If you are signed in, your score and the display name you chose in Game Center are sent to Apple and shown on the leaderboard to other players. This is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Game Center is optional — the whole game works without it, and leaderboards are the only feature you lose.

Notifications

The app can send you one daily reminder. Notifications are scheduled on your device and are never sent from a server. Nothing about them leaves your phone. You are asked once for permission, and you can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.

Email

If you email me, I receive your message and your email address, and I keep it only as long as needed to reply and to fix whatever you reported.

Children

Glimpse is suitable for all ages, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. If you believe a child has sent me personal information by email, contact me and I will delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to how it is processed. Because the app holds nothing that identifies you, the practical position is:

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always on this page.
